I want to explain a little about what I am doing here. I started this as an option to my customers while I was working in a computer repair shop. I saw a need for educating the customers on use of there computer (mostly the snowbirds in AZ) because they would come in and not know how to use their computer or what it was doing and thought it was broken. I would give them free advice while they were in the shop. It was great during the slower months, gave me something to do and I would sell a computer or two from it. When the company started getting busier, I felt like I couldn't educate my customers at the counter. I figured out a plan and that is how the PC Tutor was born. Who knew that it was going to lead me into my career path down the road, but that's a completely different story, perhaps another time.
